I started a new exercise program a couple weeks ago, the Couch to 5K running plan.

So far it's going great, I start Week 3 on Monday. I'm also still doing a power yoga class once or twice a week, depending on my schedule. At this point, I'm not actually planning on doing a 5k, but it would be nice knowing that I could!
