Half Marathon training: Week 10

Last week's workouts:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Run 2 miles; strength training
Tuesday: Lululemon yoga pilates (this was hard!)
Wednesday: Run 3 miles Rest
Thursday: Rest Ran 3 miles on the treadmills
Friday: Yoga (I ended up doing the Yoga For Runners podcast from yogadownload.com)
Saturday: Run 7 miles

This week's plans:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Run 2 miles; strength training
Tuesday: Lululemon pilates OR yoga DVR at home
Wednesday: Run 3 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Yoga
Saturday: Run 8 miles

The weather has been fantastic this week and my allergies seem to have calmed down!
