Sunday: Rest
Monday: Run 2 miles
Tuesday:
Wednesday: Run
Thursday: Rest (I walked to and from work)
Friday:
Saturday: Run 8 miles
According to my training plan, this is supposed to be an easy week, but instead I think I am going to skip ahead so that I can repeat the last week of training and end up doing two 10 mile runs. I think this will help me finish stronger than I did last time.
So here is the plan:
Monday: Run 2 miles, strength training
Tuesday: Lululemon yoga
Wednesday: Run 3 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Yoga
Saturday: Run 9 miles
